Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- Free from stains, odors, or damage
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return Email us at thedreamythreadsco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right!
